Pastureland Cooperative - Southeastern MN
I met Steve Young-Burns at Co-op Partners warehouse a few weeks back. He was wearing an Earlham sweatshirt and many good conversations start as a result of "the right shirt". He's an Ole too.Pastureland is out on the grass fed limb. Their product has great butterfat content and flavor, and I anxiously await the seasonal variations which are bound to occur. Steve described the Co-op members as "pirate dairymen" and I love the image. Widely available in a co-op near you! Help bridge the farm to retail gap - who is your farmer?
