Whole Grain Milling - Welcome, MN

Organic (USDA Labeled). Delicious. "These products are processed as little as possible to get them into a usable form but retain their inherent goodness."

Wisconsin Organics - Thorp, Wisconsin

Really delicious whole milk mozzarella. A ton of character uncommon in today's world of industrial cheese.

Nothern Lights Blue - Ramsey County, MN

Delicious. I'm in the process of learning about their inputs, and philosophy. At this point it's just about the good flavor flave.... Put this on a four cheese pizza and weep.

Pastureland Cooperative - Southeastern MN

I met Steve Young-Burns at Co-op Partners warehouse a few weeks back. He was wearing an Earlham sweatshirt and many good conversations start as a result of "the right shirt". He's an Ole too.

Pastureland is out on the grass fed limb. Their product has great butterfat content and flavor, and I anxiously await the seasonal variations which are bound to occur. Steve described the Co-op members as "pirate dairymen" and I love the image. Widely available in a co-op near you! Help bridge the farm to retail gap - who is your farmer?
